Wine from Lebanon will highlight innovative new winemakers from Lebanon with a focus on several native varietals–Obaideh, Merwah, Meksassi and Sobbaghieh…unique, native grapes never tasted before.

MadeNLebanon is a consulting firm specializing in marketing, branding, and distribution of Lebanese-made products in the USA and the Western world.

Sam created an innovative program, LMMP USA, a nonprofit organization, and LMMP Lebanon, an NGO (non-governmental organization) with FDA Consultants to help the western world understand Lebanese systems, to build trust and transparency, and to provide confidence needed in Lebanese manufacturing.

As a Lebanese American, living in Texas, Sam understands the corporate culture of North America while still relating to Lebanese culture. Having worked for corporate America in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years has given Sam the business acumen to open doors to both ethnic and mainstream America.

As an accomplished FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) international food agent, consultant, and internationally-recognized speaker, Sam’s vast expertise is widely sought in marketing, branding, and distribution in the FMCG retail industries. His book, Beyond Borders: The Handbook of FMCG Export to the American Market, serves as a comprehensive guide for businesses aiming to successfully enter and thrive in the U.S. fast-moving consumer goods market. The book blends foundational export knowledge with advanced strategies in product adaptation, supply chain management, branding, consumer behavior, and digital selling, with a special focus on helping exporters navigate the complexities of the American market.

Sam’s clients are owners and operators from small family-run businesses to big-name brands, working with many of the top brands in Lebanon as their consultant and agent.

Teresa R. McKinney, DipWSET, CSW, French Wine Scholar, Italian Wine Specialist, is the founder and owner of Delectatio, an importing and distribution company based in Magnolia, Texas. She brings a lifelong passion for wine, culture, and connection to everything she does. With extensive experience in importing, brand management, and market development, Teresa has cultivated lasting relationships with wineries around the world—introducing distinctive, terroir-driven wines to new audiences across the United States.

Her work is guided by authenticity, education, and respect for craftsmanship. Teresa believes every wine tells a story, and she takes pride in connecting those stories to the people who appreciate them most. Drawing on her deep knowledge and certifications, she curates portfolios that balance heritage and innovation while championing sustainability, regional character, organic viticulture, and vegan-friendly winemaking practices.

Teresa is also a respected wine judge and a Certified Educator for the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), sharing her expertise to inspire excellence and deepen understanding within the global wine community.
